Need help installing amp to front two speakers.

I got an alpine CDE-123 and an alpine mrp-t220 amp. I need help with connecting the amp to only the front two speakers.

What I would like to know is should I connect all the wires to the harness and then use RCA to go from the stereo to the amp, or is there another way I am supposed to do it?

Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

Oh, I am in a 2000 Toyota 4Runner. (No FWD)

hook up all the power wires for the amp Black=ground, red=12v fused, blue=remote from stereo.
then use the RCA's for signal. hook up the RCA's for the front channels. Make sure to use the outgoing amplified speaker wires that corespond to the front channels you used. disregard the line level inputs since you are using the RCA inputs. make sure to have a fuse within 18" of the battery on your 12v cable feeding the amp. this will ensure tht if you get a short in the wire somewhere it wont start a fire. for your amp I would recomend using a 20 amp fuse.
