I'm looking at doing the same exact set up - may I ask what was your solution for the spare? Did you buy a 5th tire or do you have a contingency plan to just use the stock 265 if need be for short term?

Funny you should mention that.....I was just wondering if I could squeeze a 275/70/17 in the spare area. Right now it's the OEM 265/70/17 spare.....but I'd like a matching tire.

Do those BFGs 275 have the white raised lettering on the other side?

A 285/70/17 spare fits no problem. Do a quick search and you'll find lots of posts about spare tire sizes.
