Need to find - 2014 part-out

I recently had my 14 Trail edition broken into. While there's nothing of significance that was stolen they/he did mange to damage some of the interior attempting eto get more. I'm looking for someone parting out an SR5 or Trail either 2014 or 2015 model. If anyone knows a website or salvage yard with one of these, please point me in the right direction!

As an FYI... I have a Console Vault... It's heavily damaged, but they didn't get in it... That's why nothing of significance was stolen. I called Console Vault and they sent me a free replacement. So if you're wondering... Yes they work well.

Will the insurance not cover damages?

I would think insurance would cover you, but to your question. A few weeks ago I scoured the internet and made phone calls to junkyards (well 4 of them) in the Minniapolis area and found nothing. It seems the closet you could get was at salvage auctions but they will only sell the entire truck not parts. Buying an entire 4runner was not really ever an option so I did not pursue it any futher. At the prices they appeared to be going fora swell you would need to sell a lot of parts at premium pricess to pay for it. Maybe in a few years things will be eaiser to find but even in my search I wasnt able to find any pre 2014 models that were outside of salvage auctions. Keep an eye on ebay if you want parts as I have seen some come up, prices are discounted but not great

Very few BOF vehicles are "parted out" anymore and the 4Runner is even rarer. If one is totaled then the whole vehicle is sold and the buyer is getting a front or rear clip and the entire suspension and drivetrain. Doubt you will find one so damaged that they are parting it out. If you do find one such as that (unicorn) then the chances of interior pieces being salvageable are even rarer (a herd of unicorns).

Find a few vins of interest, Google them to find where they are if copart is not clear and then contact the company holding them. Often they will sell parts, some won't.
