there expenxive aswell lol the cheapest ive found so far is ebay at 102 everywhere else is 140-200

Assuming you have an auto Cali. 3.4L 2000, the Denso 234-9002 is $109 on Amazon Prime-eligible:

That's as good as it gets for A/F sensors. Rockauto and Partsgeek are $115 with shipping. Not sure how you get $140+.

Why? I got an extra 35k out of my rear after my front threw a code at 85K. The rears live in a lower temp environment and so last longer, and the O2's are also more robust in general than A/F's, if that's what you have in front. Sure, if you have two originals with 150k, do both. But I see no reason to change a rear sensor that is not throwing a code. The rears have zero effect on performance, unlike the fronts, so newer is not any better. It works, or it doesn't.
If you do the work yourself, it's no easier doing them at the same time or separately.
