Yes, I have. It's a proven bumper in my books. I've hit a deer at 45mpg in Moab. Taken hits on Moab Obstacles. It has taken a beatdown under my care.

Sorry I didn't get these sooner, it slipped my mind until today. Anyway, here are some shots of the brackets that the shop fabbed to prevent the bumper hitting the edge of the fender. These are located just forward of the fender flare...

They also put some rubber between the top of the bumper, and the grill area on either side of the Toyota emblem:
However, after three months one of those rubber things has already fallen off, apparently cut through by the edge of the bumper pushing against it. The one that's left is out of position and looks like it'll be gone soon too.

Thanks for all the comments on the bumper issue. I think we've narrowed down the problem to two things:
First, the trim piece with the Toyota emblem just above the bumper isn't really attached to anything structural, so it bounces. I'd noticed that on the first trip after the modification and did a field expedient repair by zip tying it to the bumper. Looking at it today, all but one of the zip ties are gone.
Second, the passenger side wing (for lack of a better term) is overlapping the body and causing some rub damage.
Headed back to Sierra Expeditions Friday to see if we can get a final fix. Been chatting with MT off and on trying to work it.

Just installed mine yesterday. Went mostly painless. I did notice the issue with the wings banging into the fender well almost immediately on driving around. May end up bending them out or just cutting them off all together. Unless anybody has a better idea.

Ordered and expecting soon. Can you post pics of where the wings rub?
These little wings would bounce up and down smacking the fender above it. There is a 3/8 hole on the back side fender where a support piece for the old shell was. It's about 7/8ths inch down from the top of the wing and 3 inches from the end. Drilled a 3/8 hole. Bolted with 6 or 7 washers as spacers. No more bang.

I would challenge that this wing rubbing is due to incorrect installation.
There is absolutely no reason to drill the wings to eliminate that rubbing.

I think so too. I installed mine two months ago and have been on many trails from Ouray to Moab and never have my wings contacted my fenders.
I really love the look of this bumper. I don't think I've found another I like more. I also love how light it is.
Any more personal experiences on its strength? I won't be doing any real rock climbing or the Rubicon, but I can see the possibility of bumping or scraping into some rocks or tree stumps on the trail -- or a deer on the road.
ARB's main claim is how strong and safe it is -- oh, that and the whole air bag thing.
How does this bumper really stack up. (I'm rooting for it to do well!)

What winch are you all using? It looks like only non-integrated winches will work with this bumper.
