I would argue with you about this, but after skimming this thread I know it would just be a waste of my time.
You are a waste of time and already just posted up crap, useless,
and now you know.......
the REST of the story.........

I just think you have a very strong misconception of what "Toyota Sales" is and its motives.
But what do I know? I only work for them.
Okay Flushed one out, awesome, So what part of Toyota sales do you specialize in writing books for the techs,, or telling folks what they already know Toyotas a good rigs,, kinda like, selling beer @ a logging camp,...???? by selling them rigs,
You know I had you weasel dirtbag sales clowns pegged from day one when a service manger posted on mush, and stated that this axle used modern Cv joint grease,
Called him on the phone and chatted, dropped his post on Mud, hid,
Bring it sales clown
Latina mortua est.
So some of us took Latin in high school...big deal.
LOL!
Illic est quispiam piscis per backwoodsgoop
Whoa, getting pretty personal. I don't know much about grease and every solid axle vehicle is well before my time there. Just saying Toyota is not some evil company trying to screw people over. Leaving it at that.

So I emailed this guy,
Hi Dan,
.....I have concluded that this engineering dept down there , specializes in engineering bull ****,
If this is not the case, please respond and I will let you know about this form of grease that real engineers use for less than oil tight power transmission devices,
HIS Silence Speaks Volumes, So Yep Blair, Prove I am misconceived about Toyota sales,
So need some better answers, So step up help Rixxer out if your not a dirtbag and get him some answers,
In this matter anything is gracious from Backwoodsgoop,

I think your goal here is just to get your product mentioned as many times as possible for free... It doesn't matter if the post is positive, negative, or neutral, or even in some dead language... That's all good with you?
If that's how you translated that your Latin is as bad as your English punctuation.

In my job from time to time I get emails like this too. Usually with broken sentences, partial thoughts and oddball grammar and punctuation. They are deemed to have come from an unstable person and we are advised to ignore them. Oh and before you ask, I do work for an engineering firm, but not Toyota (any arm of it) any of its suppliers, dealers or subsidiaries.
You seem to be trying to market a grease for trucks that almost no-one drives anymore. Hitting a forum, where (based on post count) most of us drive 3rd, 4th or 5th Gens, none of which need your product, and proceeding to insult everyone through a so called form of education is likely not going to achieve either of your goals...
Other than at an Amsoil convention, I have never seen anyone get this worked up about lubricants.
Good Luck with your $70 a gallon concoction
No idea who he is but I think his silence speaks more to your accusatory email, not anything else.
Again, I am just saying Toyota is not some evil company trying to screw people over.
I would listen to Rix, he has been the one spending years working on the vehicles and is an expert. My experience working on Toyotas is limited to modding my 4Runner and doing trail fixes. I am in no way involved with grease on vehicles that are largely older than I am.
Unsubscribed.
Last year for this here Toyota rig was 1997 , so your not even 20 years old,
What do you do for Toyota sales ?
Are you a Lot Lizard ? Washing and detailing Rigs,, I did that for a while, kinda fun,

Well you are on a 4Runner forum, and no 1997 4Runner used it. I am over 20.
And I do not work at a dealer. The "Toyota Sales" you keep referred to does not own a single dealer. This is why I am saying you have a misconception about what Toyota Sales is. Barking up the wrong tree, I have nothing to do with parts.
Here is a nice simple description from wikipedia...
Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. (TMS) is the Toyota sales, marketing, and distribution subsidiary devoted to the U.S. market. Founded in 1957 in California, TMS currently employs more than 6,500 people. Its current headquarters in Torrance, California supervises 14 regional offices.
TMS oversees sales in 50 states of Toyota, Lexus, and Scion products through a network of over 1,200 Toyota dealers (of whom more than 900 also sell Scion vehicles) and over 200 Lexus dealers. TMS develops Toyota's television campaigns and other nationwide marketing materials, and supervises dealer marketing to ensure that dealers present a uniform image. TMS also manages regional distribution, which occurs through 12 parts centers and five vehicle centers.
