I dont live in a townhome and, as i said, we don't have fences. It just depends on the area. In out community we can't have a fence unless you have a pool.

I gotta have a fence. I need my own privacy. I don't want my neighbors or their kids/visitors peeping thru my house. lol
But some neighborhoods don't require any (pending on HOA and the area).

They are single homes and no fences required . There is plenty of space between homes.

Nice wheels! Literally! I've got those same exact rims! Nah, just kidding (although it's true!), you've just gotten yourself into a very fine machine - I am willing to wager you'll enjoy driving a bit more in your new ride. The 4Runner is an awesome rig, and a great platform, but I guess I'd be a bit biased since I love mine so much.
