Why would they?. That's kind of ridiculous!

LOTS OF PEOPLE get buyers remorse after buying a new car. Enjoy your new truck- it's awesome.

And if you feel you paid too much, be more assertive next time. But don't fret!

So after complaining, I got 3 additional years of free oil change and a hitch ball which I already picked up. I have to return for the hitch ball mount.

I think it was worth complaining.

Very cool! I'm glad they gave you something! I think the oil changes, depending on how frequently you drive each year, will add up to between $350-700. Not bad for a phone call/visit!

So re: phone contacts, I was able to send contacts from my Motorola Droid 1 to my SR5 w/o Nav, but only one by one:

1. When the car is ready to receive contacts, it will "disconnect" (different from "un-pairing") all Bluetooth connections. This may be an intentional software feature as it is possible for the car to be paired with numerous phone devices -- contacts can thus be pushed from any paired device which you choose to connect.
2. Identify a contact on your iPhone that you wish to send to the car's phonebook. Share the contact using Bluetooth and even though the iPhone shouldn't be connected to your car, you should be able to identify your car as the intended recipient of the contact. Your car is paired but not yet connected. Once you select the intended recipient on the iPhone, your phone should attempt to connect to the previously paired device (your car).
3. The contact should then by successfully transmitted to your phone book.

This process worked on the Droid, but I'm not sure if anyone's tried it with the iPhone 4. It might be worth a shot. It would've been great to be able to import several contacts at the same time, but so far I've only been able to do it one at a time...

Does not work. with my 3GS iPhone, you can only share contacts via MMS or email.
