Got my bar installed last night. Easy install but Toyota really cranked the bolt at the frame attachment.

Little known fact:

If you look up the Hulk’s resume, about half way down you will see his experience as a assembly line technician. In the job description, it says “to precisely attatch all parts to the rear axle using the greatest amount of force possible.”

Apparently he was laid off from his initial position at Nissan for “overtorquing every rear shock bolt to three times the spec”, so Toyota picked him up thinking he would still be an asset. Little did they know...

You just have to loosen the head of the bolt with the washer, the nut has metal feet that dig in.

I made Hulk my ***** with a little leverage , wish I would of just hit the head of the bolt instead and made life easier

Any link that is stock length will work fine. Or can adjust to stock length.

I'm planning on getting some Kings with reservoirs front and rear for my 2018 Off Road with KDSS. The rear coils will be slightly taller than stock, likely Eibach or Sway-a-Way, so 1.5-2" lift there.

Will this bar add anything? I don't think the Kings are long travel, or is that not necessary for this bar to have a benefit?

What I have found is that all aftermarket shocks are longer than stock. Even with Bilstein 5100 or OME rear shocks you do not get the full drop as the stock bar hits the sway bar mounts.

So with our KDSS Trac/Panhard bar you will get the same articulation as the trucks the conventional rear sway bars. TRD Pro, SR5 and Limited.

With your stock bar or any other aftermarket bar you will not get the same droop/down travel as the rest of the trucks.

KDSS and TRD Pro, SR5 and Limited are completely different from each other and the same parts do not work on both. As well as they could.

From what I saw with the rear OME shocks, a lot. Like 2". Which lead me to believe they were much linger then the Bilstein 5100 and the rest. So I bought a pair. Turns out they are the exact same size as all the other shocks. This is where I realized how much the KDSS limited things because this truck had a stock panhard bar.

This has been discussed quite a bit on the board, the panhard bar hitting the rear sway bar mounts.

Our product takes this to an entirely new level, all the movement is added to the down travel while maintaining the stock up travel.

It is a very large improvement. See the forklift shots.

My buddy has this track bar on his ORP and really likes it. I noticed it right way he had more articulation on his than me and his didn’t contact the kdss at all. Is this still available? Didn’t see it on your website

Yes, they are out of stock as someone with an Instagram blog mentioned it and they all sold right away. We will make more after the first of the year. I have it turned back on but it reads out of stock.

I just picked up 12 zig zag sections from the water jet. 2 are gone, 10 up for grabs, the website is taking orders again.

So I have the Toytech Boss lift but the shocks don't have the reservoirs. Would those have to be replaced and how hard is the Trac/PanHard Bar to install? I noticed each Radflow shock is about $400 so getting all three is pretty expensive. So if I had someone install these I'm guessing $1500?

You can just get the bar now and get the full movement out of the Toytec shocks you already have. If someday you want the additional 1.25" more droop, you can get the Radflo shocks.

The bar is one of the easier things to install and there are directions. It bolts on.
