Does anyone know a good mechanic in MD near fort Meade. I think I'm going to put on the sonoran steel kit myself. But I would like to get some quotes just for information's sale. I checked one place called adrenaline off road but they quoted me about 6-7 hours so about 770 plus an alignment which seems like way too much.




Couldn't tell you. I think once I signed up I could post a classified. So maybe there are different rules for different threads. There is probably a sticky thread for people that just signed up though somewhere.

do i have to be more active on the forum to get "thread posting" privileges?

I finally put my suspension on a few weeks back and just getting around to uploading these pictures. I was also able to get some sliders custom made by a local shop here in MD. The shop was Mobtown Offroad, they do mostly 3rd gen Tacoma work. the prices were super reasonable and the service was legit. i didn't want to pay for powder coating so i was able to just plastidip them right after he made them then he threw them on for me.

You could search for whatever question you need to ask. Find one of the 20 threads that already exist about it. Read that thread, which might actually give you an answer without even having to make a new thread. If you still don't have the info you need ask in one of the existing threads. It sounds crazy but it works. lol

No, I think I got f***** on a buy and I want to post pictures of rust and have people post opinions, there doesn't seem to be a thread appropriate for this and it really makes sense to be its own thread.

Thankfully someone messaged me from another thread. I will dump the pics here too for input since... I CANT MAKE A THREAD!

Look up [MENTION=10169]TheDurk[/MENTION] "Frame Swap" thread and put the pictures of your rig in there. He did a full frame swap because of rust and it's a good thread to get advice in. If you still feel the need to start your own thread by then you'll have enough posts.

Here are some more... would like to know "how" bad, the gentleman that PM'd me did a scale of 1-10, higher being worse for the rust. so if you could just lay it on me I would appreciate it
