He said the Alabama Hills, which are in Sierra Nevadas of California.

Very nice! I've been to the Alabama Hills before, cool area. Wonder where they were in the 1st part? Looks like they were driving through some Sequoia trees.

Even though I've seen better acting in late night weight loss infommercials these vids do contain the best action shots of the 5th gen that I've seen yet

I've also gone ahead and embedded the youtube videos directly into evldevil's first post, although I recommend folks still click on the original links in order to read the commentary about the actors

Definitely the best shots of the car I've seen so far.
But I cant figure out why they decided to use such a metro smooth douche to present their new back to its roots rugged 4Runner???

Oh, and at 7,000ft, buddy,unless it has the most sophisticated turbo or supercharged engine ever, it HAS lost power at altitude. Ask an engineer....
Who writes these scripts?? And he was a little over dressed for some fishin...

First observation is that those 4R's did NOT have the mast antenna, rather the little shark fin on the rear section of the roof which I like. I also like how the DRL's are down low like they were on the earlier 4th gens.

It's got black door handles, black side mirrors, black roof rack, black body cladding, mudflaps, and the short black front and rear bumpers. And yes it has the Trail wheels.

Because it's the Trail Edition.
