I actually had a fairly positive experience at my dealership recently; front diff drain plug was stuck and stripped, they only charged me normal price $45.00 to remove that, drain and refill + cost of new plug.

The dealership I went to actually has a reputation for being a little pricy. I don't know if he though it was something different or the part I needed $218 was a lot pricy. I just installed the new part and everything is in working order. Honestly I cant tell much of a difference from the OEM part and aftermarket that I got from JC Whitney. It took about 15 min. to install. Ill do a right up.
