OK. The Bell Housing is where the Trans bolts to the Block. If you have a leak from there, then you have an engine leak, not a trans/t-case leak.
If the oil is coming from the top of the t-case, then your shifter isn't tight. there's 4, 10mm bolts that tighten that down. Either that, or the breather tube from the shifter to the t-case isn't good anymore.
Get inside the rig, pull your shift bezel off. You're going to have to take the shift knob off, then slide the leather trim piece out of the way. You can now see straight down to the t-case shifter.
If that's where the oil is coming from, get some FPIG, take the shifter off, seal it with the FPIG, and put it back on.
If it's coming from the shifter because there's no breather tube, either plug it, or put a new tube in place.

I see no oil around the shifter. I cannot tell if the oil is leaking from the top or if the drive shaft is throwing it around.
If oil is dripping down the fill hole then it means it's full enough right ?
By engine leak do you mean motor oil or gear flud leaking from another location
Bell housing seal looks ok
Pretty sure the transmission guy removed the front drive shaft to drop the trans.

I can tell you what I see.
What I see is some oil that starts at the base of the shifter, and then flows down the t-case. The transmission looks clean.
The fact that the oil is ALL OVER your t-case hints to me that it's not coming from the back. That oil would tend to fly toward the back of the truck, unless you drive around in reverse all the time.
By engine leak, I mean that there you are leaking motor oil. BUT, looking at how clean the trans is, I HIGHLY doubt that is the case.
My bets are on either the shifter, or the output shaft seals.

I cleaned the area up fairly well as the whole thing was covered
After a short drive the majority of the oil is located 360 degrees around the driveshaft heading towards the front wheels. This is what you mean by output shaft yes?
There is kind of a residue all over the top. It it's less tha what is around the output shaft. I thin the leak is up front and the oil is blowing around backwards.
It does not smell like motor oil to me me, smells like gear oil. At this point I smell like gear oil too so I don't even know anymore.
I thin it's the front output seal.. Also the one that I think the trans guy touched...:wtf:
Thank you for your help this community has been great and is one of the reasons I bought a 4runner
Still a noob though.
Btw also saw you posted the torque specs... Thanks. I didn't see the fill bolt torque spec but just kinda tightened it more than a little and less than a ton.
