Only 5 bolts for NFAB on 2013 Trail

New member and new owner of a 2013 TE and got the NFAB steps delivered today. Only 5 bolts lined up, the 6th bolt, on the front, was nowhere close, like two inches away towards the inboard side. I'm guessing 5 will hold it, but was wondering if the 2013's were different in this aspect. Loving the 4Runner so far!

Had the same problem front mount doesn't fit 2011 4 runner. used the one bolt on the front mount that lined up. Next day my buddy who is 325 lbs plus jumped up and down on step I CRAPPED MY SELF. but all held. so it works. all though all not perfect

Try turning it around? The bars go in the direction opposite of what the instructions say.

There are only 5 bolts used for the installation.

I knew the instructions were backwards from my previous readings on here, just wasn't aware only 5 bolts were used. They went on so fast I thought I HAD to have done something wrong. Antman, your truck is awesome, along with lots more on here.

I have a 2011 Trail model N-Fab bars front mount ( the middle and rear mounts lined up ) did not totally fit the contour was off and one bolt hole didn't line up. used 5 bolts to mount worked out ok. But don't know what N-fab was thinking Also two years later big chunks of power coat / paint are peeling off. not happy with that. no responses from makers. but the bars do look great.
