Opinion on nitto terra grapplers on 20" enkei rims and 2.5/1.5 daystar lift

rolltide, i never said not to get 20s, all i said was i assumed u didnt offroad much so my point was why not keep it at 2 instead of 3 in the front since IMO the higher ya go , larger tires look better since there less gap, it also gives more of a mpg hit, possible cv issues later on without a diff. drop, higher center of gravity, etc. (i come from a time when some preferred to lift as little a possible & cut to fit larger tires) (not that anyone would do it with a new 4r). dont get me wrong, im not saying u would have problems but it can/may happen. im old school so i look at things differently than some of the younger generation, someone on this thread just had a problem with my saying i assumed u didnt offroad, thats the only reason i said what i did about wheel size. so for the record, IMO, 20s look good, & work just fine for most needs, im just saying, why go to a 3 in. lift if its not really needed or necessary,if someone has a problem with this statement, so be it, either way im sure it will look good & you"ll be happy with whatever u decide to do.

Chaz, I understand what yo uare saying. My problem is I already have these 20 inch enkeis on my car like the picture posted on the first page. My dilemma is whether the lift and tires would look good with these particular rims.

I just said the 3 inch because he wanted a certain size tire, need a 3 inch to clear them. Any of the spacer lifts are not really for offroad anyway, sick of mine already! Looking forward to getting the Radflo kit!

What would the damage be if i decided to take the lift off after a while?

You lost me on this one; why would you want to take the lift off?

20's offroad are perfectly fine, maybe not for rocks so much but perfectly fine in mud and trail riding. You can bend anything if you hit it hard enough!

I think the wheels and tires will look good, you should do it! I might suggest just going ahead and doing a 3 in lift, oh and WAR EAGLE! haha

HELL YEAH! That looks F-ing awesome! I agree about the rim size. There was a guy with a jeep wrangler 4 door with 20's I went mudding with and did great.

You lost me on this one; why would you want to take the lift off?

Just thinking later on down the road if I were to get tired of a lift. Just asking for general knowledge not really thinking about taking it off.

Yea you could take it off with no damage at all; for resale more so? It would not be an issue.

So I guess the census is the 3 inch toytec spacer in the front with the coil in the rear? And 275/55/20 terra grapplers or cooper zeon ltz?
