Overhead Console Removal.

Good Evening.

I am installing a Switch Pro system on my 2016 Pro. Want to mount the controller on the overhead console. I've removed the 2 bolts under the crawl control, however I cannot pull the the entire unit down from the headliner.

Any input would be a huge help. Cannot seem to find the info anywhere.

After you remove the 2 knobs and screws, pull down. Remember to unplug the harness connectors when you can fit your hand in there.

Man i had to do this not too long ago... As mentioned before you just pull down. I thought I was gonna break the hell out of it, but one swift (hard as hell pull) from the back got it for me. You won't break it the way the clips are in there so go for it! Hope this helps give you some confidence since you already know what ya gotta do! Lol!

It worked. Thanks for the info. Not a good feeling trying to rip that thing down.
