Hey guys,
Posted this up in the "General" section but maybe it should be here as it pertains to the 5th gen also. I have purchased a rear bumper and I am going to swap out my current rear springs(Overland Warehouse). I think they use the Eibach springs. I called Metal Tech and spoke with Wade on the topic but I don't think we answered the question.
I'm trying to remember if the OW springs are only a 2" in the rear as opposed to the OME medium duty spring being a 3" in the rear. I'm asking because I do not want the OME spring to be pushing the shock further than what it's capable/acceptable length is. I feel when the shock is fully extended, and if I am using a taller spring, the spring will be adding more force to pull the shock apart with only the shock being the limiting factor.
