Oh shit; that fits beautifully.
I'm interested in one for sure- if priced reasonably.
3-3.5" rise would be good for me.
I'm planning on notching my crossmember to allow max bump, and still keep roll center as high as possible.

I would not recommend notching structural parts like frame and crossmember. Doesn't seem like a good idea.

This should work well with my 3 inch extended bump stops and I can just make up for the rest with a drop bracket

That looks like a really nice design. That's too high of an offset for me. If you can get one that works would you consider making one with less offset for the people with not as much of a lift?
With following the contours, there is plenty of area to weld and it will be very strong. The key is to grind the edges back before placing the weld and it will be golden.

Should be fine as long as you plate it back in and support any weakness you introduced by notching.

Ash, there should be no difference in the V6 axle housings - not sure about 4cyl, though?
