Does anybody know the part number for this hose or can point me in the right direction with the technical name for it? It comes from the manifold and connects to the pcv I believe. Thanks

Technical name is the PCV hose . No idea of the part number and no time to research for it now. Most Toyota parts dept would know or you can try to find it in the diagrams here....... Camelback Toyota Parts - Genuine OEM Parts - Free Shipping
