Ladywolf, Who's bug deflector and ventshades did you install?

Got em through Toyota. The bug deflector is actually Toyota, and I've forgotten who the vent visors are.

update:

put the winch in the bumper to see how well it would fit/show the folks who already put a shrockworks bumper and winch on for visual reference/ or help to see if it'll work or not for me.

New update: Got the Warn 9.5TI sold and picked up a Smittybuilt 8000 with the synth line. It arrives tomorrow via FedEx.

Hopefully the bumper will go on next weekend.

Hey, good news - congrats!

So...after 7 hours, much frustration, and a few hiccups, along with a trip to Ace Hardware to get longer bolts for the winch, its finally almost installed. It got too dark to drill the holes to reinstall the grill and the plastic airdam piece that goes on top. We just got done eating dinner. I'm beat. Hopefully I'll post pics tomorrow. Still figuring out on where to mount the solonoid box for the winch.

looks super. imho, the shrockworks front bumper is far and away the best looking so far; so tight and integral to the front end. by comparison, the ARB makes it look like the 4Runner is wearing orthodontic headgear. :biggrin2:

your color-matched trim panels (headlight spacers) are clutch and really finish it off nicely! :bravo:

Very nice! Did you need to modify anything on the bumper to install the winch? I'm shopping around for a winch for when my bumper comes in. Your setup looks really good.

Ride, nope, no modifications, except I had to make a trip to the local Ace Hardware to get longer bolts to fit through the fairlead, bumper, and winch mounts.

And now for my newest update: Finally got around to buying a cb and antenna to install. Bought a cobra lx25 with the digital screen and a k40 mag mount antenna. With pretty much no tuning it works great within a mile or so. Install pics to follow when I get outside to take em. Ended up using the cigarette lighter adapter to run the power because I didn't want to hard wire anything major. Loving it so far!
