Passenger Window goes down only when

So, I have confirmed that this device I have is for house 110V and I am going to try to get car test light another day. Thanks again for your time and help. I will post again when I get the appropriate device!

That was quick ! Got auto test light from other neighbor!! Tested T1 and no light when pressing switch...

How about UP? In fact, please do T1 and T6 in UP and DOWN position and report all four. Good work!

Also T7 while pressing nothing.

Nothing - up down T1 and T6 and no light when test T7 ... Also, diagram I am using from insp.pdf has 2 mirror images of which one isT1 and which is T6. Just to clarify, I am touching metal inside where wire connectors are attached to switch and getting no light when I press either up or down for both T1 and T6.

Look at image P4 on p. 241 attached below. That is the view of the PLUG. Did you test the light on the battery? Give me a few minutes to analyze this one.

EDIT: The other three windows work, right? T7 has a BLUE wire, right?

Just to make sure you are doing this right, pull either rear switch and test T4, which has blue wire with red stripe on both sides. Also confirm rear window works. If it does, that light HAS to come on.

I did test the light on the battery and it came on. I did not see attachment. Take your time. I appreciate your help!

ugh...so, I tested rear window wire blue red stripes and no light! window works... so I test light again with battery and nothing...the first thing I did was test the light and it was clearly on, so, now what? my testing blew the bulb?

WAIT!! I got a lesson from neighbor in GOOD GROUND and now bulb works on T7 YAHOO! does not work on up or down T1 or T6 :(

Highly unlikely. You can't overload a 12V test light on a 12V car. More likely just using the thing caused a loose connection, or it was just ready to blow. Is there any way to tighten the bulb or the leads? We need a working test light.

Anyway, I'm relieved. I knew those results weren't right. You had me scratching my head.
