Great rig! I am planning on doing the same thing for my suspension once I get the funds to do so. I was going to do Icon because they were the only ones with 2.5" rear shocks and supliment with fox hydro bumps but now that I see King offers the full package I might be going that way now!!

More info on the CV's please, I haven't herd of anything like you mentioned. Is this documented somewhere or is it something that Chaos does? I want to do for mine!! haha

Could you take some more photos of your sleep/storage platform? That thing is sexual...

I am in the "design" stage with mine and would love to see what you've got going on.

MojaveMadMan,
The King setup is very nice, I am definitely glad I went that route. The front axles are Tundra inner and outer CV's on custom 4340 shafts that are stock 4Runner length with the Tundra splines. It is not a cheap option, but I already had the CV's lying around so that softened the blow a little bit.

A.Wilson013,

I will snap some pics tonight for you, anything in particular you want to see?

Spent some time exploring the trails around Crowley Lake near Mammoth

I can't believe no one has mentioned the fact that you had a set of FJ TT wheels beadlocked by OMF! How was the experience getting that done and how do you think they turned out? Could you get some upclose shots of them for me? Extra points if you snag some more shots next time you have to tear one down.

Great build. I like the rear bumpcan setup. Gives me some ideas for "maybe one day"...

Much appreciated.

I am mostly interested in pictures with the drawers slid out, how it's secured, and if you have anything from the building process.

Thanks again

Drawer Pics as requested:

Front bumperette/skidplate is mostly 1.75" 4130 and has saved my bacon during an unfriendly encounter with a big Yucca Tree. It has a 3/16" AL skid that goes all the way to the back of the lower arm mount. Mounted to the bar are two Baja Designs Squadrons with amber lenses for cutting through the dust and a Baja Designs Onyx 20" LED bar. I will never drive faster than these things can throw light!

So where did you get this bumper again? I want!

First post says its from Total Chaos.

Yes, thank you. But Total Chaos makes no mention of it on their website (that I could find). And this:
TC should produce more of them.
prompted my question. So I guess to clarify my question to OP, does TC make these to order? Do you have a hook up at TC and they made it for you special? Any further details would be appreciated!

Pretty sure that TC custom makes these. I know they're not for sale on any site, and you're not going to find one. Contact TC about making one if you're that interested.

I got lucky enough to score a set of 5 of them already done with the tires mounted and minimal wear from TCAO over on the FJ Forums, below is a pic of what they came off of. I had them torn down a month or so ago to have the rings powder coated and put in new hardware, but I didn't take any pics.

That being said, I have worked with Tim and Bones over at OMF in the past and they do excellent work and are very easy to deal with.

CSTRAFACE,

TC built a small batch of them and I was lucky enough to obtain one. I don't think it is anything that they are producing anymore due to what they cost.
