this was taken on my iphone, i'm doing the door handles at the moment. higher quality photos coming. jango, I thought about this for a very long time, it's a very expensive conversion. I spent about $3,000 on this project, including paint. I got rear ended a couple of weeks back and used the money to do the conversion :happens::thumb3:

The only thing I notice is the abnormally perfect windshield reflection. But if you stare at ANY photo long enough things will start to look fake.

I'm banking on this being the real thing because I remember this user posting some questions in some other threads about how to do the TE conversion. Sure makes me jealous...

God damnit, Toyota, why didn't you offer a ****ing white TE?! That looks fantastic. I so want to do the same conversion, but like you, I'm going to wait until my hand is forced (deer, rear ended, etc). Love it, though.
