Peeling roof/hood but otherwise ok

I found a 98 SR5 leather seats, 154K.4x4, new starter alternator(last week), radiator n TB. Found on a whim looked at it and has the clear coat peeling spots on hood n roof.
Must be the Evergreen green cuz it ain’t Jade Mica but still straight body n rare rust spots.
Lower front plastic bumper trashed.

Is the bumper and paint easy enough to fix or pass? Only asking $3K
Figured might be a good one to get for my son since he likes mine.

Does TB mean timing belt? or Throttle body? (I'm assuming Timing Belt)

Was the water pump done?

If the roof is peeling, you can probably just paint the roof entirely in a similar green, when was the last time you actually looked at your own cars roof??? I know I havent. In fact, I plan on using monstaliner and painting my roof white (inside the roof rack rails) to help mitigate the heat build up.

Some people also paint their hood black to help mitigate glare.

if Its a solid running vehicle, and your son isn't looking for a beauty queen, then this could be a chance for him to make it his own (paint the hood and the roof if he wants)

Yes timing belt.
That’s what I told him. Monsta it up and drive it like ya stole it.
I’ll spring for a new radio setup and taco whip.
