Picked one up...now time to lift

Hey everyone, Ive been lurking for a long time and with work was never able to register but here I am lol. I picked up an 04 sport, v6 4x4 for the wife and now were looking at what lift to do. I am looking at ordering the toytec ultimate 3" lift combo and running helo maxx black wheels on bfg A/T 285's.

what do you guys think about this combo? Thanks-Mike

That is a nice lift.

Is this a daily driver?

3" of lift and 285's will really take a hit on your MPG.

Are you interested in any other tire. It seems as if TONS of people have the KO.

I really like the BFG A/T's from past experience so Ill most likely stay with them, nitto grapplers are alright too but they dont last as long as bfg's. It will be a daily driver so mileage matters but its not as important as the lift. Im not 100% on the wheels, I may go with the spacers and keep the factory rims not really sure yet

The Toytec Ultimate lift is a popular combo on here. I haven't heard of any issues with it. The Helo Maxx rims would look pretty good on your ride and depending on which offset you got them in it would widen the stance similar to to spacers.

I would say, if you want to save some $$ get the spacers, lift, and tires. Personally, I'm not a fan of spacers but a ton of people run spidertrax and have had good results from them.

I ordered the lift today, Ill probably stick with the spacers to save the $$ right now and decide later about the rims
