I must be spazzing, ive searched this forum using the Advanced search for the last stinking hour but cant find it and now im aggravated. Sooooo what wedge LED bulbs are you guys using for the Plate Lamps? The stock ones are so dim. I though Oznium had them but couldnt find them, then i was thinking superbright leds website but they have 90 degree and 120 degree view....advise please.

I thought I remember seeing that part # in Snooper's write up on LEDs? I also remember that he turned his whole lamps around and then realized everyone's face out. My search function is being goofy too because I can't find it right now either. I know it's out there in Snooperstyle's LED thread!

I used the same ones as I used in the Map lights, and in the 4 door lights, they are the WLED-XHP5 which are actually 360 degree but seems to reflect down to the plate nicely.
Thanks, this is actually the same company I used for my 2008 and I also used J.A.'s how to thread back then too, forgot all about it. I ordered the V-leds plate lamps and reverse lights.

I still maintain that my switching them is the best option. Mine look PERFECT now with the amber LED bulbs, especially with the colors that are already incorporated into the South Carolina license plate. I have a WLED-A6 in each side from LED Lights & Accessories - SUPER BRIGHT LEDS
Perhaps someone will find a bulb that works better than what I used so you don't have to switch the light housings, but it is kinda ridic that Toyota even labeled the left one with an "R" and the right one with an "L". Just my ten cents.
