Post Shrockworks Front Bumper Install Conundrum - Signal issue

As you probably deduced, I installed a Shrockworks front bumper yesterday. In doing so as I was figuring out the turn signal situation, I found a way to fry out the signal total operation. No flashers work, no click click sound in from the dash, no blinking arrows on the speed-o. Pulled the fuse, it looked fine. Traded it to another location in the fuse box. The fuse worked elsewhere, but the other fuse didn't heal my flashers. So, my next guess is the relay. Anyone have any other thoughts?

Nope, they've still got a flasher relay buried behind the dash.

I't a box, but it is still some what seperate. Part 15 FLASHER RELAY | Genuine Toyota | 81980-35030

I was just hoping someone could chime in and say, yup that's it.
