its really about 78'', the tape measure is bent all the way over to the rack. I was worried about the same thing you are, so you should be ok.

If I'm measuring 23.5" from the center of the hub to the bottom if my fender what size lift would this be for me? This is for the front of course of my 2014 sr5...

I set mine a whole lot. It was a pain in the rump. I don't have pictures of the threads right now. I'll get some when I get a chance.

So did I and barely got my camber within spec! but I'm afraid of causing cv problems down the road. I measured from the center of my hub to the bottom of fender at 23.5" which I hear is ok. Did you measure yours yet like I did?

Yep. Toyota wants $3100 to replace the whole system. Will probably have mechanic put on 1.25 inch wheel spacers, daystar 2.5" front/1.5" rear lift with some Bilstein 5100s all around. Am i missing anything or should I go for an even better setup?

I got tired of Tahoes looking down at me at red lights so I decided to just do it and not wait. I just got her back from the guys at 4 Wheel Parts in Santa Ana. I was a little nervous about the tires as I haven't actually seen them on a truck but I couldn't be happier. They are BFG Rugged Terrain 275/55r20. They fit great and are not bulging over or anything. Although not as aggressive as the Nittos or BFG A/Ts I really like the look. 2.5" spacers in the front and 2" for the rear.

The tires were on sale $178.00 ea. plus a BFG $50.00 rebate. The parts for the lift were $170.00. Installation was around $250.00.
