Newb here. I don't even own a 4runner yet but hope to within a year. Probably around next summer. I have plans already for the Icon stage 3 suspension with the TRD wheels and 285/75R16 tires. hopefully it all works out. There are some great looking trucks in here!

Here is my 2016 SR5. XD832 18x9s with 285/65 Nitto Ridge Grapplers. Front has 5100s @ 2.5 with Toytec 1/2" spacer up top. Rear has Icon superflex 2" springs w/. 5100 shocks. Everything is brand new, and it rides amazing. I'm surprised at how smooth the E rated ridge Grapplers ride. Impressed so far!

That looks great! Any before or after measurements? How is the ride compared to stock, is it a daily driver? Any loss in power, mine is so dang slow with stock dunflops, 2017 TRD off road.

Ride compared to stock is night and day, no more break dip and it feels solid on bumps. Yes, this is my daily driver, around ~60 miles roundtrip daily. Slight loss in power in acceleration but not super noticeable.

Thank you for the measurements and reply. Thats Great news, congrats on the new lift.

When you say solid on bumps you don't mean stiff do you, I like the way mine rides stock the more I drive it, I hate that nose dive/ brake dip though, it drives me nuts!

I really want to keep the smooth ride and perhaps enhance it a bit. I want to raise the front roughly 2 inches and rear 1 inch. Have you put in weight in the back yet?

P.S. What year is yours?

2014 TE with Toytec's 5100 Bilstein/Superflex lift

My new to me 14 TE. My previous build was an 08 FJ with a Toytec Ultimate lift....loved that vehicle and the lift, but it was getting small (and old, lol).

I went with the Bilstein 5100 kit this time to save a few bucks. So far I'm pleased. I got the ride height and reduction of nose dive I expected from the Toytec kit. 255 80 17 ST Maxxs are in the near future. JBA UCAs will be here today.

I figured I'd post a pic of it with the OEM sized tires so guys that were in my shoes can see what it looks like prior to being able to get new rubber, lol.
