Here's my 2017 TRD OFF ROAD PREMIUM w/ KDSS. 6112/5160 combo. Front lifted all the way to the top of circlip and added 1/2 toytec spacer. Placed toytec superflex at the rear w/ a 2 inches lift. Went for a 1.5 inches wheel spacers by synergy. Kept my stock trd off road wheel I like the way they look and put 285/70/17 Nitto Ridge Grappler. Did a minor cut on my front mud guards but no body mount chop. Has rubbing in front but only on reverse full turn when car is leaning to one side but bearable very small rub. I hope this will inspire new guys wanting to do the same set-up or some ideas and how it will look. Proud to say I lifted this bad ass on my own. Can't wait to put this on it's paces. Hope everyone appreciates it!

Is a diff drop necessary? I didn't need it when I lifted my 08 Taco 3".

I did it with mine. It's cheap and was highly recommended by Southern California Super Trucks where I have my Runner serviced. Since they were the ones who recommended it, I went with it based on their skill and reputation alone.

Yeah I had to push the fender liner forward as well as trim some of the bumper. It's not a big deal and you won't even notice once you're done. A sharp knife was all I needed.

I rubbed on the body mount prior to the TC UCAs but only at full lock in reverse.


I'm running 285 duratracs which apparently run abit larger as well

cray to think a local shop wanted $350 including alignment to install the spacers and diff drop.. good price ya BUT wanted the 4RN for 2 days :wow::hurt:

Forget that...just put them on myself with the help of a buddy that has a lift

Now to get an alignment.
Still tracks straight but
have about .2 POSITIVE camber and perhaps a little tow out.


Anyone heard of waiting a couple days to get an an alignment in case things "settle in"???

I just bought my 2019 4Runner TRD Off Road and after 300 miles, I installed Bilstein 5100. 2.5 front, and Toytech 1.5 rear spacers. Traded in the factory Bridgestone HT tires for 285 70 17 Bfg K02. I got their $140 instant saving and my Bridgestone trade in was $240 for all four tires. Which bring it to $685 for tires, mount and balance at Discount tires. I hope this help on your decision, if anyone is considering.

Man swap out those "beadlocks" with black bolts you can order from VTX, or remove them and paint them matte black and put them back in! You would be totally blacked out at that point! That's what I did with my SCS Ray 10's and it looks pretty nice! Just a thought!
