They are load range C and I picked them up at my local Goodyear store. I was totally on the fence about going with the C or E. I read a lot about folks having issues with the C load range and wasn’t sure which direction to go….
I don’t do a ton of regular towing and unfortunately living in Florida prevents me from off roading where I would be exposed to rocks or other sharp objects that could puncture the sidewalls.
For me, it came down to trying to minimize the impact to my fuel economy. I knew I was going to do the Daystar lift in addition to the Duratracs. The load range C’s are 6 pounds lighter per tire than load range E.
So far, I love these tires. They are heads and shoulders above the stock Bridgestones and I am very pleased with the ride and handling. My gas mileage has decreased by roughly 3 mpg from both the Duratracs and the Daystar 2.5 inch lift.
If I had to guess, I think the lift had a bigger impact on the fuel economy because of the added drag and wind resistance.

Here is my 2011 SR5. Went with a Cornfed 2/1, I will be adding some sort of air system to the back because I will be towing when the weather gets better, looking at the firestone coil rites? I am running 275/70/17 BFG AT's.
Might want to rattle can some orange on there so you can find it in this snow we're having.

Looks awesome with the lift....love the BFG AT's. I am sure you are excited about getting rid of the crap stock tires.

Thanks Stu. I'm very pleased with the how it turned out, it's not overly big but to me looks normal now. I love these BFG's they have been amazing in this snow and look pretty good! I went back and forth between the BF's and the Dura's but ended up getting a killer deal on the BF's so that sealed it. Sold the stockers for $320 on craigslist which I put towards my BF's it all worked out.
Thanks. I didnt want to go too big because we tow with it and take it on long trips. The biggest hit I took on mpgs came after the tires, these bf's r heavy! I went from city highway at 17.1 -17.3 to 16.1. I was shocked and pleased that the lift only brought me down to 15.9 mixed city and highway.

FINALLY! I have been awaiting for someone to do this sort of set up! Looks GREAT! Nice Job man, Would love to hear your thoughts about the tire and its performance a few months in!

I have always been on the fence about letters on the tires but agree w/ FERAL the red looks good.
I really like the front end as well. Did you vinyl wrap or spray the bumper?

Thanks guys. I've loved those tires since they came out but was worried that they would be too wide. The wheels keep them tucked in perfectly and they ride great on road, about 500 miles so far. I'll be heading to the King of the Hammers race in a couple of weeks to get them some dirt time.
The front is 3M Matte vinyl wrap. I was told by my body shop that painting would chip up if put on top of the white. I wasn't sure how it was going to look either so the wrap was a win-win as I could pull it off if it didn't look right.
Evo Sliders are going on this weekend and possibly a 50" Slim LED Vision X lightbar across the top of the windshield. Trying to keep it clean looking.

The vinyl seems like the way to go.
I have painted/plasti-diped some of the chrome on the front of my truck and it gets chipped and has to be touched up.

Toytec Ultimate on 2010 TE with KDSS
Finally got around to snapping some pics after the snow (then rain) storms the past week -- managed to find some bigger mud puddles after taking the pics!
I went with the Toytec Ultimate kit but had them build up the front COs with the new 5th Gen specific Bilsteins (P/N 24-196499). Rides great and if there is a valving difference, it didn't make the ride too stiff in my opinion (that was Toytec's concern up front). Light Racing UCAs up front and a 1" differential drop as well.
I ended up with almost 2.5" in the rear and just under 3" in the front. I'm hoping the rear end settles down closer to 2" and may crank up the COs just a bit down the road -- since the rear is a little taller than I expected, I do have ~1.5" of rake (which I don't really mind, but I would like it to be closer to 1"). Last pic is of my rig next to Egstyle's -- hard to tell but his nose is just a little taller than mine (he's running bigger tires than my 285s).
My 285/70R17 Duratracs don't rub at all with the mudflaps off but I put them back on this week since I was getting a ton of snow/slush on the running boards during the snow storm -- rubbing pretty good when backing up and turning and also a bit when turning into parking lots. I asked them to align with +4 caster but it ended up at 3.4 I think. Once I crank up the COs I'll have another alignment done and make sure the caster is set higher.
