Posting pics on this Forum

Hello Folks,

I would like to post some pics of my wifes new 4Runner & I need some help.
I'm on Tacoma World with my Tacoma & in order for me to post pics all I have to do is:

Go to my Google pics,
Left click on the pic that I want to make it full screen,
Right click on that same pic & then click on "copy image"
Then go to my post & left click "paste"

It puts the picture in the thread without the need for clicking on a link to open it.

There's some instructions somewhere, but it't pretty simple.

I think t4r requires you to use a host site of some sort, imgur is a good one. Upload your pics to your imgur account, copy the link, then click on the "image" button (the square with mountains on it), paste your link, and that's it.

With imgur, you'll find that you can have different sized pics. I usually stick with the "large thumbnail" because "original" usually means something massive and the forum doesn't adjust the size like other forums do.

It used to be much easier on the few other sites I frequented. All you had to know is what the size limits were. After resizing (if necessary) you just added your pic to your post as an attachment. None of this joining some other site to massage your pics. I guess that's the way things are going though - not sure why.

I just use the "manage attachments" function below the reply window to upload directly from my computer. I did have to resize my sig picture several times to get it down to what is shown below, and it's still a little larger than I'd like. But I didn't want to make it so small the details would be hard to see.
