Has anyone had any problems with their power windows? When lowering my drivers side window it makes a kind of chattering noise starting about 2/3 of the way down until it is completely lowered. It doesn't make any noise when raising it up. I'll take it to the dealer since it is under warranty, but I was just curious if anyone else has had the same problem.

Take a clean damp rag and clean the front and rear channels where the window edges travel. Chances are its dust causing stiction.
1engineer, thanks for the tip, even though it didn't do it today I'll try that. It actually sounds like it's coming from inside the door though. I wish I could describe it better because I'm sure "chattering" is not the best description. Toyslug mine actually just turned over 46,000 also.

So it chattered while wet and did fine dry. Still think cleaning might help.

Mines does this at times too...I've still need to try cleaning the channels.
