Proline 4WD T4R Rear Bumper

Has anyone purchased this specific bumper? I wasn't really planning on this as being one of my mods but man is this great. It's got extra place for fuel behind the tire carrier, additional options for jerry cans, AND a fold out table behind the Jerry cans in a really nice looking and fairly competitively priced package.

The one I remember off the top of my head is the one from CBI Offroad. That starts off at $1,949.99 + 2 x 5 Gallon Jerry Can Holders are $189.99 + $250 for black power coating + $175 for Fold Down Camp Table which takes the total to $2,564.98.

I just looked up Schrockworks and they are at $2,197 for rear bumper with tire carrer + black powder coat + 2 jerry can mounts - this one does not have the fold out table option at all so you'd have to buy and install one on your own.

In comparison, the Proline bumper is only $1,750.

Looks like the swing outs are removable. If so, I like that since I don't plan to carry a full size spare for daily driving in the city. That backup camera is useful.

looks like a good bumper... the only other bumper I know of that has dual swing out is the Expedition One bumper Toyota 4 Runner 5th Gen (2014+) | Expedition One it doesnt have folding table etc though and its more expensive.

I like this bumper the only question I have is if its compatible with Gobi ladder.

how the hell do you guys have so much money to burn? Heck I'm making 6 figures and I still have troubles getting myself to spend $1800 for Gobi and another $1800 for this rack...Let alone the $$$$$ suspension upgrades after.

Is it just me or does this look like a security issue if you do not unbolt it? Is there at least a slot for a lock in the latch?

don't buy from proline if you live in the west coast. they won't take care of you.

Seems like a horrible experience and I noticed how you kept things neutral reporting facts than emotion! Appreciate it.

I am sure Proline is on the forum as a vendor and is watching the messages. I am also aware that there are 2 sides to any story.

I have mine for 3 years and no problems. Everything line right. Somebody wrecked me on the side of the bumper and it didn't even move.
I was lucky because they installed for me down in Miami, I think it was the 2nd or 3rd rear bumper ever made.

It will not. My driver's side swingout only had around 1.5" behind the carrier to the hatch.

EDIT: maybe 2.5" They offer a frontrunner table, but I do not see how it can fit behind either swingout without it hitting the tailgate while driving.

I have not purchased from them, but I have emailed them a couple of times for inquiries with no response
