Resolved! Quick Question For Shrockworks Bumper Buyers

My front and rear bumpers from Shrockworks arrived yesterday. I have an appointment at a local shop for the install in about 12 hours.

When your bumper(s) arrived, where was the installation hardware? The bolts, nuts, washers, etc.

Also, did you get installation instructions? I can't find any on their website. I sent an email earlier today but didn't hear back.

I just brought all the boxes I received to the shop and they seemed to have everything they needed. I think installation instructions came in a big brown envelope. Hope that helps. Can't wait to see pics. I only got the front but can't wait to get the rear done.

I received a double stacked pallet and there were 3 cardboard boxes with bumper parts and the Warn winch box inside.

I've emptied out all of the boxes and removed all the shrink and bubble wrap from the bumpers.

No hardware and no instructions.

I had the Shrockworks bumper sent directly to a body shop. They needed no information. They did grumble a wee bit about installation of the sliders.

BTW, the powder coating is vastly superior to that of CBI. Furthermore, the powder coating I received from drabbits is also very good.

Shrockworks researched some more and found out that the installation hardware was shipped separately.

It actually arrived a few days before the bumpers. "Someone" picked up the box on the porch, took it in the house, set it down in the closet as they removed their coat, and forgot about it / forgot to tell me.

All's well and the install has been rescheduled for Monday morning.
