rad rubber design replacement engine splash guards

Has anyone tried the ARK splash guards? They are twice the price as the Rad Rubber. Do they cover the engine compartment any better? Is the durometer and thickness, fasteners, etc any better, or worse?

hard to tell from details/photos but looks like the fasteners are the same as stock ones? Really like the ones from Rad Rubber.

Yeah, I'm not sure either. It looks like there is a little more engine bay protection, but, as stated in my initial post, would like to know about the thickness, quality, if it actually protects better, fasteners, etc.
I could not find a comparison on the internet between ARK and Rad Rubber. The fastener issue is an important one.

Placed my order on 9/24. After a few emails asking for updates I got my shipping confirmation on 10/9. USPS got them to my door finally last night and I buttoned them on today. Looks like a good product and the holes lined up nicely.

I got an email on Friday that they were working on 5th gen ones this past weekend. Hopefully they did because I didn’t realize it would take awhile when I placed an order. Would be nice if they were upfront about it on their website.

I just emailed Eddie about having any in stock and he said 2-3 weeks out. I'm in no real hurry. I heard the drivers side rattling at highway speeds going to/from Utah. It sounded like a tag flapping in the breeze. Annoying, but not that big of a deal. I could also hear them squeaking in my parking garage. Drivers side is really loose. The passenger side not too bad. Its a matter of time. So for now I just have gorilla tape which I could just keep replacing, but its kinda ghetto looking. Hopefully I will get them quicker, but COVID has taught me that I need to have more patience.

Got mine today. Took 23 days. They are way better than the stock ones as others have said. Very happy with my purchase. My stock ones were in good condition, but they rattled around.

Why are these falling apart?

Any updates from my fellow forum members? I was very impressed during installation and admiring the thickness and how great they must be, but now that I look at them I see they are cracking at the bend joints and basically falling apart just like OEM.

I've had my set for a little over 2 years and haven't noticed any cracking. Additionally, I've fully removed and re-installed them at least 4-5 times now to service the Icon Delta Joint UCAs. Though I do live in SoCal, so maybe the material composition degrades faster in other climates... have any of you reached out to Eddie to see if he'll offer a replacement? Don't recall if there is any warranty.

My front driver side is pretty trashed for what I think was a bad template or the wrong model. Should have just drilled some new holes instead of being a lazy ass. lol i did end up drilling a hole to stop the crack
