Ready to buy a lift!! Where did everyone buy theirs and give me specifics!!

Just trying to get some info! Ready to lift would like to know where people are buying them and how much!!! Thanks in advance! FYI silver 2010!

Demelo off road cause they're local and seem like good guys. Figure it'll be a week or two before it's put on as I've just put in the order. Chose Icon stage one simply because it's what they carried and they're doing the install. My other option was the Overland warehouse kit. Figured the difference between the two isn't very noticeable for a newb like me. My only concern is the BFG A/T KO 265/70/17 is going to look a bit small. Picked up the set 3 days after picking up my TE which is just a month old. I'd be nuts to buy a new set of tires so soon.

Looks like an SR5.

I got the same rig and i went with the OW/Radflo kit and going to put Light Racing UCAs on as well. Going for 285/70-17 on XD Series Hoss wheels. Going to be my dream truck in the works.

check out idrivat4r's lift thread: OW lift kit with stock 265/70 tires and it looks perfectly natural.

As Sandcrawler mentioned, here is a link to my Overland Warehouse Suspension install. I also have some videos I just posted in the "New Vids" thread at the top of the main page. The 4Runner handles awesome both on and off road, even with the stock size tires.

Oh Yeah, I'm not sure about the pricing at Demello Offroad, but I know Wheelersoffroad.com located in Grants Pass, OR has very competitive prices and will discount the upper arms when you buy the Coilovers. I bought all my Tacoma goodies from them. It's just another source for you to check out. Good luck with it all and no matter which suspension you choose, you will not be disappointed. Just make sure you do it right the first time, saves time and money later, ask me how I know. :ybrick: (referring to my 08' Tacoma)

Overland Warehouse

I talked to some local shops, this was not much help. Then I called ICON, Toytec and Overland Warehouse. This was much more informative. I tow ca 3000# when I go offroad, which is not the norm for 4R owners. The OW kit has some really cool features and seemed to me to be the best fit for my application. Andries at OW has very good understanding of how suspension components work. I am very happy with the OW setup, it works really well towing off-road.

All of these kits are solid, a lot depends on your application. A little detailed research on each kit will help.

Thanks guys! But it does look like idrivat4r has some spidertrax on. Hmm... I may be force to go that route as well. Any comments or concerns regarding wheel spacers? (Figured this may still be somewhat relevant to the OP's request.)
