Drop Hitch
Now that I have the ride height situation under control, I need to drop the height of the hitch. I see that Moto Rack Jack has a drop hitch available.
Have any of you seen a similar, or better?

That's the same reason I ordered the airbags. I carry a 415lb R6 on a 90lb VersaHaul so the ass drags with everything on. I should get mine in a week or 2. I don't think I'll be able to test the bags with everything loaded since it's starting to get really cold and my bike will be going into hibernation soon.
Looks like it's the best solution next to selling the VersaHaul and getting a trailer.

I got my airbags yesterday and installed them this morning. It took 5 days to be delivered when the site said 1-2 weeks. 
I played with them a little and it does raise the rear at 10psi which is what I have it set to.
I measured the Daystar spacers and they're 2.5" overall but the spring perch is 2" so the lift is actually a 2.5" front, 2" rear. No wonder it looked like the back was lower. I didn't take before and after measurements but it is noticeable. When I filled the airbags up to 30psi, you can see the truck rising.
I put the schrader valve thru a body attachment hole that wasn't being used on the rear bumper on the driver's side. It's a few inches from the rear tow loop.
I forgot my camera so I'll try to take pics tomorrow. I haven't driven it other than in the parking lot so I'll post some comments on the ride too.

Check out www.imotorcyclestore.com for lids. They have the best prices on the net if you know what size you wear.
I had to disconnect the sways, lower rear shocks and panhard bar to drop the axle and get the springs out. You can't fold the airbags, they're made of thick rubber. The whole process took about 2 hrs because of routing the air line and where to put the valve. The actual time to get the springs out was about 20 mins.
Forgot to mention that I cut 2 sections off the bumpstops that go inside the spring. I think it barely touches the airbags with 2 sections cut off. Should help if more weight is added to the back of the truck.

On a side note, you can try OME's HD coil if you're always running 400+# in the rear. I'm running the OME HD coil in the rear and it works well w/ my added rear bumper. It has enough lift to compliment the front end so I would say give that a try.
Ore the OME in the rear stiff? I want a firmer coil since i tow often, and i really want coil overs. I dont want a custom coil. I am not sold on OME to much, since they saged on my Tacoma in the front.

Thought I'd update my impressions on the airbags.
BEST DAMN $100 I SPENT!!!
I started with 10psi for the first couple of days and the ride was good. Barely noticable but my headlights didn't point up so high anymore. I dropped to 5psi for a couple of days and it was barely above the level w/o the airbags.
I have it set to 15psi and it's back to stock level and I don't blind on-coming traffic. Ride is just a little stiffer but not bad at all. I can carry my tow straps, shackles and other gear and the back doesn't sag. I still haven't tried putting the bike on the carrier but I think it'll work great.

Do you have a lift or you at stock height. I still uncertain what i am going to do. My 4runner sags badly when i tow my trailer, even with a weight dist hitch.

Just ordered a set of air bags for the rig. Have a trip up to VA in 2 weeks so I an anxious to get them in. Now I have to wait 5 days - hope to have them by the weekend to tinker.
I have a Revteck spacer lift and was wondering how much of the bump you had to cut? Is it the same amount as listed in the directions? Any other tips for instlation would be appreciated.

I cut 2 sections off and it barely touches the top of the airbags. I think the directions tell you to cut all of them.
Installation is pretty straight forward. Just make sure the air lines don't get pulled at full extension and pinched at full compression.
I don't know if you installed the lift but it's the same procedure, unbolt the lower shocks, panhard bar and sways. pull the axle down to get the springs out and install the air bags.
Heat up the tips of the air lines with a heat gun or hair dryer to get them on the connectors easier if you have problems.
Zip tie the lines everywhere so they don't get in the way when your axle moves.
