Rear Control Arm Build

You've got your heim sizes backwards for UCA and LCA.

Thanks for that.

Would you consider using a Johnny joint instead of a heim joint?

No, and here's why. You can get better quality joints with the Flex Joints. I've changed the Flex Joint option up a little bit. I wasn't thinking very clear last night when I was coming up with this. I can add an adjustable poly bushing to one end as an option as well.

Exactly which set is best, strongest for lifted runner ? Which set is recommended.

Best is matter of opinion. Heim joints are great, they work very well, and they a very strong. Flex Joints are also great, work very well, and are very strong. The heim joints will carry a bit more of a vibration than the Flex Joints, but nothing that the average person is going to notice that much. I feel that both options are good options. I also feel the Flex Joints are a better option.

Here's the link for the for sale thread in the classified section.
Rear LCA's and UCA's

Pricing is up for the Flex Joint style. Bare with me on the heim joint style. I'm waiting to hear back from couple shops on custom making the misalignment spacer.

These are the inner rear control arm bushings. I have a set of these for an E46 restoration we are doing. I gave up trying to figure out how to push them out of the control arms, given how thin the outer steel sheath is. Im sure there is a way to do it, though, as they sell the part to be pushed and replacement.
