Rear Nameplate replacement help

Noticed a few deep scratches on the "4RUNNER" nameplate on the rear of our 2014 4Runner. I have looked around and found the item number (7543135060), but I haven't been able to find how it actually comes off. Could anyone help me out with this? Thx

Thanks that helps, I wanted to see how the actually "4RUNNER" text comes off. I am debating whether to replace it or just plasti dip it black.

oh the text? it is just stuck on, use dental floss and pull the letters off
