Rear power outlet fuse?

Which fuse is for the cargo area outlet? I tried to use mine for the first time last night and did not have power. Checked fuses in the engine bay and driver's kick plate. The one labeled as PWR OUTLET in the engine bay was good but I wasn't sure if this was for the rear outlet or not.

Did you have the key in acc position, or the engine running? All the power ports in my '99 are off with the key. (sort of a nuisance at times)

Yes, key on engine running.

I much prefer mine to only be hot when the vehicle is in ACC or ON. I like things to be able to stay plugged in for permanently without draining the battery.

Yes, key on engine running.

Do your front power ports have power? Radio work? I just looked in the sorry excuse for an owners manual, and can't find where what fuse is for what, but as close as I can figure all of them are on the same fuse. I think it is the ACC fuse inside the cab, under the dash.
If the radio works but none of the ports do there is a good chance the relay under the hood is hooped.

If only the rear one doesn't work, either a broken line to it, or the fuse on the back of the port has blown. (if they still have fuses on the port?)

Both my front and rear ones didn't work and it turned out that the fuse had blown on both outlets. Replaced them and they work fine now.

Check this out. Has the circuit diagram which shows the ACC fuse and associated components. Also, shows how to provide constant power to the ports, which is super easy.

Check the fusible link on the back of the outlet.
