Rear spare tire mount for 5th gen?

Is it possible to get a swing-out rear spare tire mount for a 5th gen T4R that won't block the backup camera? Ideally I would also like to carry a Jerry can of gas on it too, if possible.

Also, how big a job is to have one of these things installed? From what I've seen it looks like you have to replace the entire rear bumper. Is that correct? I wouldn't be doing the work myself but I'd like some idea of how extensive the mod will be and how much it will cost me to have it done.

It's actually a fairly easy thing to do, recently replaced mine and I'm not that handy. Followed a write up on here and just needed someone help to lift it. There are multiple rear bumper options but most block the camera, some folks have fabbed up a relocation bracket for it. Seems to be an unsolved problem for many.
