Rear window switch is not working

The console mounted tailgate switch is not working on my 2015 TP. The window will lower and raise with the key in the tailgate.

The truck is close to 2 years old with 16K miles in it.

Any suggestions on where/what to look for before I bring it to the dealer?

Antman, you hit the nail on the head...I never use this button, and unlike Fords, this system is different.

Also...

You will notice your rear wiper won't work if the rear window is open even the slightest amount. Just an FYI moment.
