Rearview camera mod WITHOUT nav?

Has anyone been able to get their aftermarket head unit to work with the rear camera. The mod on this forum is specifically for vehicles WITH Nav? Mine has a standard 8 speaker system. My new head unit is one of the new pioneers. We tried to find the correct wires using the NAV diagram but they are different.
