Removable Doors Project 95 4runner

Hey guys so I'm new to the forum. I pulled my doors off a month or two ago and I cut the hinge pins and replaced the pins with trailer hitch pins, they fit great and they slide in and out easily. My next thing was the wiring, I bought some wiring harnesses off of amazon and they work great. I got all of the wires lined up and the windows still wont roll up with the switches, but its not just one window its all of them even the tailgate one. Today I rolled up the front and rear driver side widow through the 2 wires that are going from the motor so I know that it has to be a wiring issue when rolling up the window.

update on this, I am planning on going to a pick your part and getting new door harnesses and starting over, does anyone have any recommendations on small quick disconnects? The drive side had 21 wires and the passenger has 14 wires.
