remove fog lights?

i have searched on here for about an hour and i cant find anything. i found how to remove them on an 07, but not how mine are. with the turn signal and fog lights together. is there an easy way to remove them? is there a write up on here i cant find? should i just take off the bumper and go from there?

i want to remove them to nite shade them. thanks.

It's been a while since I removed mine to replace a cracked lens (04 T4R)...but I believe I removed the turn signal first that revealed one or two screws holding the fog light in place. I think the turn signal is just clipped in place and I pushed on the bumper cover to release the side that faces the wheel well.

I'm sure someone has a better documented process, but I thought I'd add what I knew in case you were in a pinch to get it done.

i thank you for your words. i was thinking about taking the wheel well off and see if that helps.

I got to mine when I had the headlights out. It was really easy. I think there was one screw on each side of the whole assembly and the turn came out first, then the fog. There is a catch that holds them together as one unit when I reinstalled them but I remember having to take one out first when i removed them.

If I were you, I'd wait until you change the headlights and pull them then, like I said that's when I did it and everything was visible and easy to access.

I just installed HIDs for my lows this past weekend and it went pretty smooth but the whole time I kept looking down thinking it sure would be a PITA to install HIDs for the fogs.

Shouldn't be too bad, I put them in mine this past weekend. I attached the ballasts too some flat panel visible when I laid under the bumper.
