Removing front visor clips

Anyone know how to remove the sun visor clips? Searched, googled, no luck. Seems different than a quarter turn like in the FJ. :cheers:

In the Tacos you turn them about 90 degrees counterclockwise and they come out. Don't know if 4runner is different.
Search "5th gen replacing rearview mirror" on this
sites search bar. It does come off by turning.
