Removing rear driver side door panel?

Hey everyone,
Are there any pictures/diagrams/threads of removing the drivers side rear door panel on a 2014 SR5? Some knucklehead hit my door with a shopping cart and I have a little bit of a crease in the door. It didn't scratch the paint, just creased it. I am going to try and push it back out from the inside.
