replaced battery. factory alarm won't let me turn engine over..

So I replaced the battery because it was shot. Now my red led Toyota security light is flashing. Ive never seen it on before. How do I get past this? I have no key fob either. It's a 98 limited

Took kick panel out. Found alarm system box. Pulled fuzes. Nothing. Pulled main plug. Problem fixed.

is there a toggle switch? on mine there is and i have to insert the key to the acc position, cycle the switch and turn the car off. problem solved for me.

Are theses switches or plugs(fuses)on a 2000 limited.
