replacing borla exhaust muffler?

Long story short, I bought my t4r with the Borla exhaust and my wife hates it. I've been thinking about trading it for a stock. I stopped by a muffler shop today and the muffler guy suggested trying a longer magnaflow either
22" or 24". He mentioned it should quiet down the exhaust a bit and probably have a deeper tone.

Has anyone tried replacing the muffler on their Borla exhaust to a different muffler?

Nope, can't say I have, but if you want to get rid of the Borla, PM me. Does she have the v6 or v8? I'd be willing to swap stock for Borla. Where are you located?

Damn, that is unfortunate, keep me informed on what you decide to do. If you end up swapping it out, I would love the chance to buy the old Borla. Do you know if it is just the muffler or the entire Cat Back system?

lol...thats to bad....i love mine...i think if u could gn86r swap it...do it that way. let this other gentlemen buy it all n shipping n all n get his factory setup.. the borla will break down into pieces.. thats if u have the kit i have..

Its the full catback and my truck is a v6. I'd prefer local and im looking for a trade + cash. I bought a more expensive t4r just because it had the Borla and XSP 20s.

Im thinking i'll probably try the 22" magnaflow. Just talked to one of my Tacoma buddies and he mentioned that most of the Taco guys run the longest muffler that will fit.

I think i've narrow it down to this but need to crawl under my truck and measure.
